Flushing my brake fluid, How much should I buy?

Can't say 100% for the Mk1, but on the Mk2's it's less than 2 litres.
About 1.75 from memory.

it says the 1.8 16v is 0.5 litres at dot 4

So If I buy 1.5 litres that will be enough to flush all the old shite out you think?

I think its around 2 litres to flush it and change.

Ok that makes it easier. The site i'm looking at seems to be cheaper to buy two one litre bottles than to buy one 1.5l bottle. :S

You don't have ABS do you? 1 Litre should be fine

I have an ABS pump but no ABS.
