Fly Splattered 172 to Not so..

Took my car to Pepsi the other day to get my replacement V-maxx shocks fitted and to wind the front down a tad. Also tried to do the CV clip, but failed. lol. Mission.

Also as the weather has been good, i thought why not drive the car than look at it, havn't washed it since FCS. So it look like this..

So i gave the wheels a once over with Bilberry, arch's with apc, although couldn't get my hand in the arch, so did a s**t job. Front end, mirrors and lower half was soaked with CG strongwash & bug mover. And then rinsed off, this stuff does miricles, the flys just wiped off, no agitating barely.

Then rinsed, and washed with CG maxi suds. Rinsed and dryed with 2x plush miricle dries.

Then finally dressed the tyres with megs endurance and windows with AG cleaner.

V-maxx do a kit for the FF182 mate, just not the Cup 182.

I left it to the capable hands of Jam-Sport when i got the coilovers set up. Said it was -1.75, perfect turn in. Might get serious tyre wear, but have got 4 brand new toyo t1-r's on, so i'll see how they hold up.

V-maxx do a kit for the FF182 mate, just not the Cup 182.

Cup or cup packed, dont fit. 182 without cup packed suspension is same as 172.

Only wound them down, nice and cheap on the side work, i know its simple stuff, but i didnt have the tools.

Nah cant be doing with so called sound systems, have standard speakers and head unit, lol. So only thing in the boot is a pair of shoes. They are V-maxx springs on the back which say they are -60mm and these a wound all the way down at the back. So you can't go any lower than that, unless you changed spring or took the adjuster out, but its perfect for me imo.

Awesome car though, really made me miss my 182 when he came round with it!
CV boot clip is actually impossible, no-one in the world is able to fit one apparently.
