Focus RS and ST at night in Glasgow

Met up with Paul., his mate Scott (with the ST) and Koi joined us later for some snaps around glasgow. Unfortunately the weather beat us and we had to head into the multistorey carpark at Braehead after Kelvingrove.

Yeah? I'd been messing around with settings for ages and I think i'm getting somewhere now - still needs a little refinement perhaps.

Difficult to auto-focus at night too

There's a bloke round the corner from me who's just got rid of his ST for a new RS.

Looks beautiful. Followed him the other night coming out of work, and was hoping to see it shift, but alas no :dapprove:

It's crazy how small the ST looks sitting next to the RS even though they are essentially the same. Just shows the difference bigger wheels and a spoiler makes.

How did the video turn out btw?? Such a lovely sounding exhaust

lovely. the st looks so tame in comparison. its amazing nowadays the difference between warm and hot (although I know they are both hot)

I guess things have moved on since the VTR VTS days !

awesome snaps al , really really sharp. Thanks for the quick blast in the RS. I was literally blown away with it. The power is incredible and the pickup in higher gears with very few revs is just insane. On the motorway it just owns the road and when you gave it some 'stick' going by it sounded absolutly epic. It really does make the ST look soft. Good wee night mate

No probs, disspointed the Megane didn't show up though!

182 needs a bit of work to get it back up to my standards but had to go on hold due to needing 4 new tyres

apparantly there was a 59 reg green RS on it roof outside the ford garage yesturday on a bit of a duel-carrageway took out a lampost and a few signs too! ouch

I ordered it in July but ford haven't provided a build / delivery date to the dealer yet. Sent them a wee e-mail earlier to try and push things on a bit.

Crap! Microphone really can't copy with loud noises - will bring the handycam next time.

The new RS does sound good,i drove one at weekend and they are a very good car.Was expecting it to be a bit faster than my Stg1 R26 but it wasnt and the handling wasnt as sharp but all in all i was impressed.Would consider a remapped one next.
