Cheers fuckface. It's a car that is definitely more than the sum of its parts. I imagine the V6 is similar in the way it delivers its character.

Yep! I took a few pointers and and a gander in the flesh and was suprised at how nice it was!

I probably would've prefered GW or RB still but the one i found was an identical spec plus abit more to what i wanted so i couldnt pass it up on a colour basis! Looking forward to getting it if all gos to plan but not as much as i would be a new RS Focus! lol

Blue is the worst colour IMO.

EDIT: Green shouts too much, and blue shouts "I'm trying to be subtle in a very non-subtle car. That's just my opinion though, obviously as I chose the only other colour.

57k. Not washed since the last track day nearly a year ago. No fog lights. No arch liners. Both belts due. 60k service coming up. Hardly the most desirable example. I was happy with 4 large.

I couldn't go for something like a Porsche. I need a car with hot hatch practicality, A big boot was a must. Perfect choice for me. The only other realistic option was an Audi S3, but I knew which car would excite me the most.

The bean was running Janspeed super, with only the one silencer. Perfect IMO. Do it.

Did another test today along mixed roads. Mostly 30mph limits, then motorway, and 60mph nationals. It was averaging 30mpg. Then I hit the town, picked up my old man, visited some shops. Burned home later and raped a B-road.

22mpg over that. Not too bad IMO.
