For a £500-600 budget what would you rather have?

1. A set of healthy refurbed 2nd hand set of H&R/KW coilovers.

or

2. Brand new OEM shockers all round, New Eibech Sportlines, New uprated Bushes and top mounts and a New White line ARB? (Id imagin this could all be bought for under £600?)

What would be the best set up performance wise? Track days and for general day to day driving.
