Game must be good to play but i cant help but think the graphics still look pap, compared to playin GT5 (i like Forza before you start) Just lookin at the "picture thread" on here and thought, yea some of them look ace. But then the paint on the cars still doesnt look right if you get me and seen a picture of one of the tracks and the tree's looked shocking .

Hmmmmm was debating on buyin a cheap 360 and then a copy of this but im not sure now

Over the grahpics alone? Btw are you basing it on static shots & YT clips? The game looks far better in motion than some of the media on the net suggests. It's not GT5 good but it's still good enough IMO. Especially when you consider the 1000 layers per side livery editor and physics engine the xbox is having to cope with.

Kind of annoying for those of us who bought the console pack though. No option other than the standard version. Can't even trade it in since it has written all over the box / disc "BUNDLE COPY"

I would, and give it a decent amount of play rather than just a couple of laps on one circuit. I was a life long GT fanboy but GT all feels a little sterile now in comparison to Forza. GT is the better looking but Forza has alot more to it than just looks.

Just got the Elite plugged in (with old HDD ) 5.1 is now working which is soo much better than stereo. The picture is now 1080p rather than 1360x768 and the brightness is a lot better!

The only thing with 1080p seems to be some track is white which hurts my eyes. Other than that Elite all the way.

anyone noticed the car shadow problems on silverstone and a few other circuits, watch the car shadows, they keep changing all over the place.

My Impreza was running something silly like that, lacked the pace up at higher speeds, currently running an NSX R.

Has anyone else noticed that if you select your races from the Select Event list instead of from the 3 you are offered, that the class rating seems to go out the window.

I've just selected Asian Manufacturer Open which shows as F 200 class, yet it happily let me use a B class NSX R!!!

Looking at the RWD Open it's D 350 yet I can enter an S class Porsche!!

That's pretty pointless and allows you to cheat your way through career, should you want to spoil it of course.

It's not very consistent either, as some actually restrict what you can enter, while others don't seem to care.

Can anyone shed any light on the lack of F, E, D, C & B online racing?

Is this how it will always be or is it a bug?

It makes me wan't to not play the game tbh. I only ever really played forza 2 online and only ever really raced D and C.
