Mapping to A does make things easier (for me anyway) as I can just lift off the gas, tap A + X/B and then get back on the accelarator. I just found LB too much for my brain to handle, especially when breaking.

Tyres & Rims: Race Slicks, standard front width, one notch of upgraded rear width ONLY and Advan RGII wheels.
Aero & Appearence: Vary Street front bumper and nothing else. No additional aero.
Conversion: None.

Also re: clutch on the pad. If you can get used to it, and in particular rev matching, it's a lot easier to control squirming under heavy braking.
