cost me 5700 about 6 years ago, fantastic car, was in showroom condition, had a hillpower stage 1 conversion and a magnex decatted system, sounded immense. sold it to buy my first impreza turbo, the new owner travelled up from london to edinburgh to buy it, then wrote it off. regret selling it to this day, fantastic car.

totally original, never seen paint, arches etc had all been waxoiled and were spotless, was owned previously by a rich guy from london who kept it stored under a custom made cover which i got included in the sale. was a one off, gutted i sold it, even more gutted that it was written off. guy who bought it off me lost it on a bend and rolled it into a ditch. got the pics somewhere of it in the ditch and on the flatbed with crushed roof etc. luckely the guy was uninjured.

Jesus what a waste of a motor eh would have been worth a wee bit now if it was still in that condition.

I also had a minter, completely minty mint!

Sold it to a guy on here and 3 months later is was written off. I also regret selling it. Would have been worth a fortune now!

That would be one of my biggest regrets ever if I done that that's why I'm never going to sell mine.

Wish I'd only seen page 1 :(

Stunning, although I never understood the difference between Williams 1, 2 and 3.

yeah i found those pics on williamsclio when i was looking to see how the new owner was getting on with her. was gutted to say the least. loved that car, was so well looked after, i can only assume he was driving far to fast to end up in the ditch. such a shame.

Trying to keep up with a V6, lol. It was lowered too (dunno if you did that?) and I was right behind it in my Cup, it was twitchy as hell tbh, we were on b-roads and being that low and firm it just couldnt soak the bumps up, was bouncing around for buggery. Back wheel caught the grass (which was damp as this was 7am-ish) on the way out of a bend and it was game over from there, flicked round and went into the ditch backwards. Massive shame tbh. Again luckily no one was hurt.

This is the car that my parents used to own, they really looked after this, we bought it from the rich London invester. Travelled from west Calder to london to pick it up. Absolutely amazing car shame it's dead :(

yeah i had it lowered, spring snapped on the front and couldnt get standard springs for the mot so ended up upgrading and lowering it. looked great but probably not the best for bumpy b roads.

Yea mate, small world it is, my dad had a phase 1 172 at the time aswell at the same time. This Williams was so immaculate it was unreal, we hardly have any pics of it here though :(

  Audi TT 225 Quattro
Parts of this car live on in mine and are still going strong:cool: i had the steering rack and speedo cable along with those carbon mud flaps ( i never fitted these tho they are still in the shed, mud flaps arn't really my thing but i thought why the hell not lol) :D

It was a shame when yaz ( the fella you sold it to ) rolled it but at the end of the day its a car which can be replaced, people can not :(

Did look stunning i must say:D
