Free mod tracker showing gains over stock - feedback from Clio owners wanted

Hi,

I work at Custodian (specialist modified car insurer) and we’ve built a free modifications tool I’d love ClioSport members to test.

You select your Clio, it pulls in the stock specs, then you add your mods and it tracks the performance changes. Works across all generations - 172, 182, 197, 200, RS220.

Keen to know:

• Are the baseline specs right for your model?
• Are estimates realistic for common Clio mods - induction kits, exhaust, cams, throttle bodies?
• For turbo Clios (200T, RS220) - does it handle remaps and intercooler upgrades properly?
• What’s missing?
• Would you use this to document your build?

Also tracks aesthetic mods. Free, no sales pitch, just want feedback from people who know these cars.

Cheers

If you had an unlocked version where people could try it to prove/disprove what you've said above I would give it a go. But I hate signing up to yet more BS for you to deep throat my data and relentlessly send me emails about car insurance.

Without trying it I am going to take a wild guess and suggest that your generic power + figures for things like an induction kit will be b****cks.

Good day.

Ahhh Mr Jones this isn't starting off well is it.

Honestly - if you genuinely want people to try it and say if it works then remove the sign up, at least for a few days or something.

I tried to get a quote from custodian when I was insuring my car, got bored very quickly with the overly drawn out format of having to sign up to what looks like a rehash of drivetribe/Facebook for cars.

This exciting opportunity to list your mods and power seems like data farming to base other people's quotes off. As with most things, if something is 'free' you're the product.
