Front bumper differences? 172 Cup

Hi. bit of a noob question but are 172 and 172 Cup front bumpers different?
Apart from the Splitter.

they are the same bumper but cups will have headlight washer blanks

Washer blanks are fine. Smashed fog light and surround so was thinking of getting another bumper unless the fog and surround is cheap?
