Front Bumper Hanging Down

Ok so on the right hand side of my front bump there is a part that is hanging down more that the rest of the front bumper. I think its lost a screw or something has snapped off like a bracket or something? I would like to fix this problem myself please help !!

Any help on fixing this problem would be great

thats the car same bumper color everything its a S reg 1999

its the part thats behid the mud guard .. i hope nothing has snapped and its a easy fix just below the light its hanging down not really badly but its noticable

Sounds like it could be a part of the arch-liner. But we can't really advise, unless you can get us a pic....
