My brother did one where the customer supplied the part. Customer had it all powdercoated in preparation for going onto the car.
Came round to fitting and it was the incorrect one with the bracket in the wrong place so he had to cut and reweld it

Trouble is the s**t shield keeps things nice & wet in there.
It failed the MOT and we got a one, when he dropped it off for the work he told the girl in reception to ring when I start the work so he could come down and see why it needed doing when he’d not long bought it (people seem to think a recent second hand car purchase means it’s fine)
The amount of people that say that is baffling. “Hello mr. Smith, yeah your car needs XYZ”.... “What? But I’ve only just bought it!”
It could be a 15 year old shitter and people use that line all the time like we’re supposed to feel guilty about actually doing some maintenance the car’s neglected to have for years.

Mine is disintegrating badly, radiator is still held solid.
2012 car and the only rust on it really. Seems they are made of cheese.
I’ll change it when it gets worse. £70ish on eBay but seems they rust for fun.

Direct fit radiator supports which will not rot and corrode away like standard and offer a nice weight saving.
