Does this thing just clip on in several places? Noticed it pushed out slightly on the front left, but just wanted to check before I got caked in crap trying to look underneath.....

They are screwed to the bumper with 8 self tapping screws.

i would suggest a pop rivet gun and some washers...

Yeah, rivets would be better as they have less chance of taking the whole bumper of if you did smack a speed bump hard or something. the reason i say this is that at work there is a guy with a Cup that parked it so that the splitter was resting on the pavement infront of the front wheels. when he went to leave work he was driving someone home, so when the two of them got in the car the extra weight caused the splitter to catch on the paving and tore the bumper free when he reversed. Luckily he only reversed a few inches and could feel something wasnt right and stopped before the whole thing fell off. He had to drive for 2 days with silver duck tape all over the place though.
