Front Disk removal

Can get the two bolts that hold the caliper undone, too friggen tight, any tips before I end up rounding the bolts off

use a socket ratchet with the screw head in that. thats how i got mine off. just got the right size sockets that the srew head fited in. With a obvious sh*t load of wd40!!!

try plus gas....its better.

also use the right torx bits or itll round easy.

tap it with a hammer fromt eh back to try jimmy the threads. iff all else fails apply heat.

all wrong. What you need my man is a hammer.

Wallop the head of the bolts then the carrier.

It shall then undo.

Then if you are lucky to have the disk solid on the hub the hammer shoudl be brought back into action and shatter the disc if it doesnt just knock off.

18mm bit yes? and would KY jelly do the trick:oops:............

I got a set of Pagid 16 groove disks (black) but Im sure it won stay black for long..........anway bought them off ebay for £50, advert stated that they were a set of rear disks but when I got them they were for the front:confused:

Oh well I aint complaining;)

Know Im thinking of selling these and opting for the Brembo 4 pot conversion.....What you reckon? £500 last I heard next man was sayin.........
