Front Fogs Not Working

Hi all, as titled my front fogs aren't working on my 182. Only had the car a few days but wanted to test all the lights etc and noticed they werent coming on.

I'm getting the light on the dash, and I've tested the fuse and all seems OK.

What I have found though (which I think may be the problem) is a connector hanging down by the back of the glovebox. I've got my head up behind the glovebox but cant see anywhere for it to go.... HELP!!!

It's a black connector with a yellow insert if that helps.

Anyone? I've checked the connectors in the front bumper and they're connected, also re-seated all the relays behind the dash and I can hear the relay click.

Any help / pointers would be really appreciated :rasp:

Have you checked the bulbs?

have you a volt meter to see if there is 12v at the actual light assy when its swiched on ?

Nope, not got one but I think I'll have to invest in one tomorrow... Cheers for the help.

Still weird that I have a connector just hanging behind the dash, but nowhere to plug it in.

Right, its drawing power but doesn't appear to be 12v ... I'll buy a single bulb and try it out.

Bulb didn't work - checked all looms and they're intact. Put a bit of wd40 on the connectors by the front splitter ... The fogs still don't work, and now I don't get a light on the dash for my sidelights! Lol. Damn these French electrics!

All fixed... Cleaned relays and all connections.
