Front Grilles

Hello.. prolly not seen me here before, usually on StrathyCruise.com but like this place now

anyway -

Does anyone know how to get the front grilles of of a 1.2 ( new style ) ??

I want to take them off and mesh them up and put a cold air feed in as i think my pipercross is pulling in too much heat and would like more cold air in !

yep, easy!!

open bonnet and remove the two plastic pins holding the top of the grill on the slam panel

pull the top bit towards you, put your arm in behind the grill and undo clips

can be a fiddly job

I would leave it as it is or spray it to the colour of your car unless youve got a non renault bodykit or it will look cheap and tacky

doesnt look that bad, but i am looking at a new bodykit in the next month or two

i went out and got the mesh yesterday, going to get the pipercross airforce to put in it and hopefully have it done by the weekend



Ill post pics, and maybe take some pics while im doing it and make a wee guide for it on my site...

i dont have mine n e more got it removed and the bonnet now comes down to touch the bumper looks well sweet....car is still in the bodyshop the now be out soon n ill get sum pics
