Front jacking point?

Covered a million times I'm sure but struggling to find what I need.

Jacking up front just behind a bracket, on a box section that runs towards the back and tapers in slightly. Bad cracking noise suggested I stop. Where's the right place to jack up a 182 from? Front only.

Personally - I'd use either the jacking point on the sill (sills are made of cheese/plastic) or a subframe bolt.

Proper trolley jack, not the widowmaker Renault one !!

Like giraffe said, jack up on a subframe bolt as the sills will bend. Renault jacks are lethal so use a trolley jack.

Yh be very careful when jacking up on sills, the amount of clio 2's I see with collapsed sills is unbelievable.

Mine are already fucked so big plate on trolley jack is fine.

Unfortunately I can't get my fronts so jack the rear up then on to the rear subframe bolts
