Front/Rear Splitter

Hey guys
I am looking to lower my bumper slightly, but do not really wanna spend loads on a bodykit.
I have heard that a seat ibiza splitter can be got hold of fairly cheap for the front, but does anyone know any options for the rear? (Different ideas for the front would be very welcome too.)

im talkin about a Mk1 Ph3 by the way. Sorry forgot to mention that!!!

still a mk1, but on my valver i put the valver splitter on the back bumper, and as an alternative to the seat splitter for the front i fitted a vw golf vr6 one to the front bumper, pics below
