Front Renault Diamond

Recently took mine off to spray, however, it seems that the previous owner had bumped the car, or had the badge off previously, so i tried to araldite the badge back on.

Thought that was the end of it, but came to wash the car today and it came off when i brushed the sponge against it.

Anyone recommend anything gd to glue it back on with, or a way of getting the broken pegs out of the grille?

and sum plastic weld to glue it back 2gether

maybe ruff up the plastic on the grille and diamond to give the glue a bit of help bonding

you clearly didnt use/mix it properly. Araldite should be stronger than the actual badge itself! lol

i snapped one of my pins when doin mine and aradited it back only to find it had snapped again after pushin the diamond back on. TBH i think aradite when set is a bit brittle and cant take the pressure when pushin the diamond back in. Plastic weld did the job for me as it kinda melts the two pieces 2gether.

Yeah you shouldn't be having problems with properly mixed araldite
