Front seats

How do you unplug what i assume is the airbag plugs under front seats red and black plug dont want to snap these any tips??

I think it's pretty much impossible lol. There must be a special technique but I couldn't for the life of me work it out and mine snapped.

Yeah i didnt wanna snap them and damage plugs. Then have to mess about soldering them together
