Front Speakers.

Ive already replaced my Door speakers with Sony xPlodes but not to happy with them...after living with them from coming on a year...Im looking into upgrading them again but this time ill get components, Just wondering though in the Mk2 Ph1 is it possible to fit the tweeters in the door car jus about 4 inches or so in from the dash and at the top of the door card or is there stuff in that area ??

Should be fine to mount them in there with a bit of work & fabrication

Would be just as much work, or maybe less to mount the tweeters in the A-pillars

I was thinking about the a pillar but for some reason i really want to do it on the door card :/ what will i have to do with the cables for the tweeters ? find the old ones and join them ?
