right i have lowered suspension 35mm thats Avo spings and dampers. I took my car for the MOT and it failed on a track rod end. On closer inspection its fine, but the nut on top of the strut itslef is too thick for the strut top to pull tight up against the metal when its fully tight, if you get what i mean. So currently the strut top is tight on the strut but theres still a little movement there. So would i be ok just getting a thinner nut so the strut top can be tightened down a little further or do i file a little off the strut top as theres a little lip on the underside? Should i have got a thinner nut with the kit? Is the nut supposed to be there?
