front struts between bracket bolts. How do i do that?! (For shocks)

  Punto Evo Abarth
Hello, Basically i have a 97 rt 1.4 (mk1), anyway i want some new shocks and springs, It says
"Will only fit cars with front struts which have 52mm between bracket bolts."

Where do i need to measure this from? Thanks alot for your time and help.

Best and easiest way is to put thr wheel on full lock and then have a look at the strut (ie the bit with the spring on it on the suspension) where this attaches to the part by the wheel (known as the hub) there are two bolt holding it on measure the distance between these two bolts.

Yeah mate just measure it, from the centres of the two bolts at the bottom of the strut, you may find your distance being 54mm, 52mm or 58mm (like mine then the only option is koni or change your hubs)
let me no if you get stuck,
Ryan
