front wheel massive vibration please help

hi i have a massive vibration coming from my front drivers side when i turn sharp left.... any idea what this could be, it feels like my wheel is going to fall off.. i'm not stupid so its not something silly like a loose wheel....

bottom ball joint?

could be this has come up before.... i do most my work myself and so far i've been told bottom ball joint wheel bearing top mount and shock absorber.... just wanna make sure i buy the right part and don't waste my money..
