Trying to reactivate my cancelled policy after the accident couple weeks back, phone customer services number, a yank answers, "sorry sir you need sales". Phone sales, an indian answers, "sorry sir you need renewels". Right, getting frustrated now.
Call renewals, another yank, "sorry sir you need customer services"! ARGGGHHHHGGGGHHH "no do not transfer me or give me the number again, ive phoned every fuc*ing number you have!!"
So i finally get the right section, she takes my details, asks a few questions, "ok sir i will activate your policy, hold please". DIAL TONE f**king DIAL TONE!!!! BASTERDS.
And now as its 10pm the lines are closed.
