Trying to reactivate my cancelled policy after the accident couple weeks back, phone customer services number, a yank answers, "sorry sir you need sales". Phone sales, an indian answers, "sorry sir you need renewels". Right, getting frustrated now.
Call renewals, another yank, "sorry sir you need customer services"! ARGGGHHHHGGGGHHH "no do not transfer me or give me the number again, ive phoned every fuc*ing number you have!!"

So i finally get the right section, she takes my details, asks a few questions, "ok sir i will activate your policy, hold please". DIAL TONE f**king DIAL TONE!!!! BASTERDS.
And now as its 10pm the lines are closed.

Had a claim, luckily with them they will continue the policy with another car even after they pay out.

Phoned them 1st thing this morn, managed to get someone in the uk, explained the situation and is now all sorted, price was £100 less than i was origionally quoted . Much more helpful today so in future phone earlier so you don't get put through to india!

Yep, never call them out of office hours, the calls get routed out to a bunch of idiots.
If you speak to them during the day you usually get a welsh person (as they are based in wales) the person actually has a clue what your asking for.

Should have tried calling to make a new claim, tell them you already have one and you want to renew it
