fuel problems?

I own a 1997 1.2 RN provance and are having problems starting the car from hot. The problem i'm having is say for example i've being running the engine for a while and turn it off at the petrol station or stall it, it won't turn over from "hot". I usualy have to wait five minutes for it to turn over. I dont have a problem from "cold" say first thing on a morning.

Any help would be grately appreciated.

P.S I no I don't own a sport model but this forum was the largest one I came across.
