Fuel rail o ring

One of my o rings on the fuel rail has perished, I've searched and found two sixes mentioned, 7mm id x 2mm cs, 8mm id x 1.5mm. Which is correct if it makes much difference and will nitrile be sufficient?
 
Nitrile should be fine.

Am I s**t at maths, or do both the O-rings you list actually have the same outside diameter?
Have you caliper measured the bit the O-ring is going over?

No I've not taken it off in ages but just remembered it was perished last year so is holding on one o ring. More of a preventive job.
