Full carbon fibre clio ?

I am being serious etc but basically after paying off a few bills , im going to go all out and finish my car off etc . The idea thats toying in my head is going for Carbon fibre bonnet , carbon door mirror covers , Carbon cup spoiler , Full carbon interior door cards ( cars stripped out ) , the steering wheel from k tec with carbon inserts etc . Would this just look utterly pants or could it be pulled off if taken all the way ? Car be going lower too soon . Opinions please ? constructive

obviously not every single panel on the car is going to be covered in real carbon , but the parts i have stated are all decent parts etc . i will post links in a minute of everything so hang fire ! as i know carbon bonnets etc are not really to cliosport taste . but iv got the pic in my head .

thing is , bonnet on my car is fucked anyhow so i need to find a replacement . iv taken a liking to the cup spoiler on offer in the group buy and i also like the mirror covers . So it should all tie in nicely . i think its too much for anyone to be able to photoshop so my only way is to A ) listen to some of your opinions or B ) take the hit and do it and seee how it goes . would be unique . the only one on cliosport.

Im going for almost the same look, obviously ignoring what other CS members opinions are, i have a mate that does very unusual body work on cars that involve customising. Im either having a cf bonnet with cf mirrors or Black roof and black bonnet, as it goes with the yellow..

i like to listen to this lot as they all own clios and most have been on here longer than me but im personally stuck on the idea now :S just picturing it . suprised no one has said the door cards will look good yet as they quite popular when people get a set as theyre rare . what about the steering wheel ? good quality ? etc ?

How long are you planning on keeping the car?

When you sell it, you won't get all the money back you paid for the extras on top of the car's value, and it'd be a HUGE ball ache to try and sell them and go back to standard to sell the car.

Would look pretty smart if you did it though

tbh mate until im 22 . might just run it into the ground lol i really want to finish the car off now . got a list the length of my arm ! was thinking about a engine conversion but cant really afford the insurance . so now im just gonna try and make a really good looking 1.2 thanks for the opinions so far. keep them coming

yeh that was the plan because a car by me got nicked and it was modified and my parents go on that im making my car stand out all the time to thieving c***s lol im looking for an all singing and dancing one . so no fucker will ever take my car .

i would really like a carbon bonet and the steering wheel would look nice together with my chavy body kit when i get it painted, but i dont have 500 quid lying around to buy em B-) but maybe soon when i save some money up, but i think it would look good actually, i dont think u would have any trouble shifting the parts after if u wanted it standard for selling, bonet steering wheel etc would sell easy on ebay or piston heads! lol

Personally i think after its all done you'll think you should have spent the money elsewhere.

I'm not belitting your car here, as i had one back in the day, but don't waste your cash on something so slow... just put it in the piggy bank for your next car. It looks alright as it is.
