Black/gold 182 FF
I can watch videos ect but when I try to get the videos to play in full screen I just get a black screen but the sound can still be heard. If I go on bbc web site videos can be played in full screen why? and how do I rectify this problem.
Also my email account is in blueyonder but on checking my emails this morning they had all disappeared, and were in outlook how do i get this to stop and how have my emails been sent to an outlook account.
My husband has been messing with the computer to which he has no knowledge at all and I dont know what he has done. I also had a trojon on the puter this morning but my anti virus and spyware picked that up and quartined it so dont think this is the problem.
