garmin i3 with windscreen

i got garmin i3 with external aerial, and due to having a 182 FF i got a heat reflective windscreen, mine doesnt always connect or if it does it takes ages, any help here? where do u people stick aerial?

I never used to have a problem with my i3 with the 182 screen as long as i placed it right on the transparent patch at the bottom centre.

eh? even if i had stumps as arms it wouldnt be difficult to just lean forward and stick it into place.

never got mine to work in the 1.2 stuck it on the side window, but just remember to move it when you go to a drive thru or something lol

Well if its external cant you just put it on the roof or something? nothing to get in its way there

i got a arial of ebay and placed it by the rear parcel shelf. get full signal every time now.
