Gaz coilover help

I've got gaz gha coilovers on my 182 fitted by myself...I have a slight issue cause me to believe I haven't fitted them correctly...

when fitting on the rear which of the rubber bushes & sleeve do I need to keep??

need to re-use the bushes and sleeve

both and the sleeve? because i tried and it i couldn't compress either bush anywhere near enough to get the bolt on the top of the strut
