Maybe a silly question, but is a Clio lift up reverse?
i always thought that lift up reverse you lift the whole leave, not pull the catch underneath

Clios aren't lift up reverse, at least mine isn't.

I know corsas are tho...

well, how would you explain lift up reverse, finding it hard to explain what i mean

theres a lil thing underneath the gear knob, that you pull with your fingers to go into reverse yeah?

with lift up reverse, you pull up on the whole stick if i'm correct?

I would say there lift up reverse but i'm not sure if thats what its technically called.

I have a 53 plate Clio and mine has the little bit under that knob that you pull up and then push the gear stick into reverse

Mine is a lift up leaver to get it into reverse.

Im pretty sure thats called lift reverse.

Ebay gear sticks with 'lift reverse' description are usually stubby to allow the lever to work (i think :S)

I was thinking of replacing mine, I cant be bothered with hacking it off. Then having to buy a probably expensive one to replace for selling time.
