Gear Linkage popped out!

Changed gear (maybe a bit hard) on my last track day and the pin popped out of the gearbox. The round end held in by a white bit of plastic and a circlip, leaving me with no selection. Thought id shagged the box TBH, managed to pop it back in though.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this, or if it was me being to harsh with my gearchange, i kind of put it down to wear and tear on the linkage, with 106k on an original box and clutch.

Any sugestions, new linkage maybe?

Try this guy,we have one of these kits for the race car but yet to fit it,look very well made and good delivery time(couple of days)

I had it once on an old box, never had any others do it, but its the same on any rod change box to get a spare. Renault don't sell them apparently.

How you get on with the linkage kit i mean.

We just have not had time to get it fitted yet,the workshop has always got a machine in at the moment being fixed,and I don't do wet cold driveways laid on my back,so it will have to wait.
It does look a very well made piece of kit and cannot wait to get it on,watch this space.
