the engine rocks forward and backward alot they do move a little when good but if you rev the engine and look it shouldnt move excesivly

if its to do with that noise its making... its not usually the mount, the nut that holds it to the subframe falls off/comes loose... and means the threaded part clunks around in the subframe. theres a good chance this is what the noise your car is making is caused by.
