Gearbox mounts

Done a quick search but can't find a post i read before on a guide to changing upper/lower gearbox mounts (or was i dreaming :S )
I've just ordered the upper/lower mounts as there was a clunk on acceleration but it is now turning in a clunk nearly all the time im on/off the throttle. had the upper engine mount and dogbone replaced last year so going for the other two this time. Any help appreciated??

make sure the one under the battery is actually tight.
they are prone to coming loose which cause it to clunk under acceleration, really easy to tighten up and stop the clunking!

will have a look tomoz at tightening it up until new mounts arrive. Been having this prob on off since having the car never noticed it when driving my bro in laws 182
