Gearbox noise on idle (Gripper diff)

Just replaced the gearbox, flywheel, clutch and release bearing last week and have a noise on idle which disappears when clutch is depressed which leads me to think its the release bearing. Unless gripper diff's can be noisy on idle (unsure if they see any rotation in neutral? Maybe a daft question!)

CG motorsport clutch
TTV flywheel
New valeo release bearing (can anything go wrong on installation that can cause a noise? Can anything be checked through the access for the fork arm if the rubber boot is removed?

To describe the noise, it is a light knock every few seconds

I have this too, although with a Quaife diff.

Like a slight rattle every now and again. Can only really hear it if you go to the nearside wheel.

It's been fine for 4 years now so nothing serious.

I'm assuming it's the release bearing too.
