TransELF-TRX 75/80 is good stuff a lot of people don't rate it though.
Don't forget to replace the copper washer

You can take the bottom hose off to drain the coolant but it can be a right pain todo on your back.

I used Motul gear oil available from Opie Oils in Cornwall ordered over the internet.

To refill the coolant you need to unscrew a bleed valve on the thermostat housing. Getting the bottom hose back on can be a right pain. GSF car parts sell the type D coolant that you should use. You'll need 5l or so.

not alot of brake fluid is needed, 3 pots full one for the pot, whats used in the lines and the waste..

bleed the brakes till the fluids clear and bubble free... dont push the brake pedal to the floor when bleeding as its possible the mastercylinder seal can get stuck.. rare but possible..
