gearbox oil

Anyone know what oil is used in the 172s gearbox as standard?

I want it changed to try and improve the gear change as its too notchy for my liking. If its still sh*te Im getting the K-Tec quick shift.

CB1A recommended ELF TRANSELF - TRJ 75W/80 (PT No 7701383037) a while ago which Ill specify Renault to use if that isnt the standard oil they use.
