Gearbox Oil

Hi all, just picked my 182 and looking to replace the gearbox oil. I know it's 75w80 which is alittle pricier than 75w90 which some of us are running.

Just looking to see whether I stick with Elf (OEM) or go with Fuschs, Motol, Castrol etc Has anyone noticed a significant difference?? I noticed than when pushing on, if I change very quickly, there's a little crunch in 3rd. Would like to see if I can get rid of it or at least protect it for a little while longer.

Oil change won't stop the crunch.

Mechanical sympathy will stop it getting worse, but that's all.
