Gearbox selector bush. How does it come out?

As per the above. I’ve removed the circlip, now what??

I seen a video ages ago where someone drilled a screw into it to break it up then just picked the pieces out.

All sorted. After much grunting and swearing, I was all set to give up and make a brew, when it suddenly fell out with a gentle waggle.
New one in and circlip seated nicely.
