Gearstick selector Bush

Hi,

Read a thread either here or another forum where someone had a slack gearstick (not the 182 mount issue). He replaced a small T-shaped bush with a hole through it for a rod of some sort.

Does anyone know the part number or any idea where i can get it and its price?

Its a 2.0 16v VVT 2002.

Any help appreciated.

When i was under the car tonight i also noticed some sort of 'spring' broken near the gearbox and selector rod? What the hell is that lol
