Gentle Knocking at partial/no throttle when moving

Car  Clio 182 FF
Hi Guys
I'm looking for some help to diagnose a knocking noise.

When rolling at low speeds on light/no throttle there is a knocking somewhere around the bulkhead area. winding the windows down to listen and you cant here it outside the car so I am assuming exhaust or heat shield somewhere. I tried moving the engine from above last night and couldnt really move it and had no knocking. I have recently changed the centre exhaust hanger and dog bone in the last 6-9 months so it shouldn't be them.

Any Clues? its a 182 BTW

Could be another engine mount - I think it's quite common for them to need replacement. Also worth checking along the exhaust with the back wheels on the ground to see if it's close to the rear beam or body anywhere.

Did the quick fix noted on this thread and it seems to of helped. Looking down the back of the engine it looked like the manifold was tapping the heat shield ever so slightly but not 100% it was that.
