Getting pics off my K850i...

I cant seem to do it? Last time all i had to do was plug it into the computer, go to my computer, open the phone drive type thingy and i could get my pics from there? Now if i try it nothings in there? No files...nothing?

try restarting the computer and reinstalling the drivers
