auto glym bumper care, use a tooth brush to work it in, then wipe off. great stuff, i swear by it.

What you need is a bottle of Einszett Plastic Cleaner for this
It has been reccomended by Rich on countless threads - I got myself a bottle and can vouch for it now myself - magic in a bottle!
I purchased mine direct from thier site, as most detailing suppliers were out of it
