Getting polish off plastic

My neighbour has got mer polish on his grey plastic on his Fiat van and wants to remove it.

The best and safest way please?

Any form of APC, apply to a MF and rub like a wanking teenager.

If its textured plastic use a little brush with some sort of cleaner. Autoglym fast glass works.

I have been using Einszett Plastic Cleaner and a Megs Detailing Brush.
