Going rate to get side strips smoothed and sprayed..

Want my cup ones redone and laquered as it annoys me when its clean and they look shite.

Also ones been scraped so will need smoothing before doing so... taking it to a guy I know and seeing what he says... but wondered what would be about right before doing so.
