I think you just pull the backs down and they pop out.
bottom part lifts from back and are held in at the front, but all come out quite easy.

this was for my 1.2 clio, but they may be the same?

the bits you sit on just clip out.

2x torx 40 to hold the black metal thing in.

1x torx 40 or 20mm socket that hold the rear bench in the middle.

then just pull the seats out from either side from their plastic seatings.

5 min job.

Easier to use a socket on them than the torx, think they were about a 17mm or something its easy'ish!!. Undo to the 2 bolts that hold the long metal thingamebob that is covered by a bit of plastic, this may need a lot of brute force, because they are exposed and have dirt on the thread, cracking and creeking when I forced mine out. Then its a bit tricky because of the closeness of the seat but you need to get to the bolt in with an extension and undo it, then I think they slide backwards and lift up. Simple but can be a b*****d if those bolts are dirty. Good luck.

ive had a good look, i have base seats out, the bar at the back but the final thing seems like one tiny star socket screw holding the seats down in the middle grr its the only thing i dont have.. will halfords have any ?? did you say its 17mm for that one

I got mine from halfords. Bout 8 quid for a set of 6 i think. But i had to buy a breaker bar aswell, as the socket size on the torx bits is different to my socket size
