Good DOT 4 or any 5.1?

Gonna bleed the brakes on the 225 very soon and should do the 172 as well. Having put it off for a while on the 172 it's become apparent I'm not going to do it annually. So if its got to last a vouple of years or more which should I be going for?

How often does that need changed?

Standard interval, so every 4 years iirc.

Every 2 years? Yeah all 3 cars are very due it then! Just over a litre for a clio yeah? Be a bit more for the 225 then. I'll grab some soon then.

Lol, phew thats a weight off my shoulders! Na the clio last got done when the braided lines got fitted which must be 4 years or so ago and is spongy, the coupe has never been done in the last 5 years we've owned it but still feels fine but the 225 has got horrific brake fade, spongy pedal the lot. Thinking its original fluid so 7 years old!
