Good location in Essex for photography?

Hi I've got a few days off so am going to give the car a good old wax and want to get some pictures somewhere other than sitting outside my house! Anyone know anywhere in Essex that is a good place to get some car shots?

My mate coming with me is into her lomography so she'd like something interesting to pictures off too, such as buildings and landscapes. Thank joo...
