39.6mpg up the A9 cruise control set at 56mph...(in the middle of the nite so i didnt have to overtake anything)

Just got back from driving to liverpool from crewe for the last minute christmass shoping and managed a average of 36.9mpg!!!

Thats the best i have got out of the car upto now. It wasn't all motorway either, there was a few b road overtakes and town driving too.

Very pleased lol

Sorry peeps only just realised that i put 36.9 mpg on the first page, the trip is actually on 46.9 mpg


I thought that 36.9 seemed low lastnight when i started the thread lol. I usally average about 35mpg round town!

i jsut manage to keep myne in the 30 mpg mark, but mainly due to nice windy roads out my way
